Information on the currently extended delivery times

Seed orders have been piling up for weeks and are keeping our staff busy. At the same time, we have impacts on our workflow due to the currently required safety regulations. Also, there may be delays with the shipping service providers. As a consequence, the regular delivery time for products in stock is unfortunately currently extended to 5 - 10 working days. For seeds awaiting to be bagged, the delivery time is currently extended to approx. 10 - 15 working days.

We will do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible and to be able to shorten delivery times again soon.

This is how you can support us in our effort to serve you:

  • Please submit your order online!
  • Create an online customer account, where your shopping cart, for example, is stored. Your data will only be used for order processing.
  • Please understand that we cannot change, delete or add any articles in orders already submitted.
  • Once your order is shipped we well send you an automated shipment notification per email.
    Small orders are sent via letter mail without tracking option. For larger orders you will be provided with a link to track your shipment.
  • Please try to limit your inquiries regarding existing orders.

Information on catalogue shipping

Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer you the usual service of free catalogue shipping. We need all the capacities for the order processing and sending of our seeds.
We therefore ask you to leaf through the digital version of our catalogue until further notice.

Information about not available varieties

Currently some of our varieties are not available for order. Again, we regret that we cannot accept advance orders, please order again at a later date.

Note on resetting your password

To reset your password, please proceed as follows:
On the customer login page, you have the option to request a new password using the email address you registered to our onlineshop. To do this, click on the link under the password entry screen "Forgot your password?". Now enter your email address. By clicking on the "Reset my password" button, we will send you a link to the email address you provided. The email should land in your inbox immediately. Please also check your spam folder. After you have clicked on the confirmation link in this email, you can create a new password. Once you have created a new password, you will receive a notification that your password has been updated. The next time you log in, you can use the new password.

Please note that not all customers with a customer number automatically have an online customer account. It may well be that you have ordered from us at an earlier time without a customer account. In these cases we ask you to send us your order by email.

Voucher sale

Until further notice we unfortunately have to suspend the sale of vouchers. We will inform you as soon as vouchers can be ordered again.
