Telephone hours and contact information
During this challenging time we want to ensure that our customers receive their seeds as smoothly as possible. We are focusing our activities on orderprocessing, filling and shipping and we are now working in shifts. As a consequence we have less time available for our phone and email-services.
For this reason our phone hours have been adjusted. These are:

Please note that at the moment all shipping service providers may experience significant delivery delays, especially abroad. Thank you very much for your patience!
You can find the latest information for the current terms of delivery on the websites of the respective shipping providers. Please contact them for further inquiries.
This is how you can support us in our effort to serve you:
- Submit your order online!
- Please understand that we cannot change, delete or add any articles in orders already submitted.
- Once your order is shipped we well send you an automated shipment notification per email.
Small orders are sent via letter mail without tracking option. For larger orders you will be provided with a link to track your shipment.
- Please try to limit your inquiries regarding existing orders. Be informed about the current services and limitiations of the service carriers in your region:
it is springtime, the gardening season is here and we hope that in spite of the COVID-19 development you can start with all your planned gardening acitivities. Right now everyone is impacted and so is our mode of operation.
In order to maintain our services and deliver to our customers, we are prioritising the well-being of each of your employees.
Keeping the right distance is important when sowing or planting and it is crucial when working together in times of COVID-19. We have taken appropriate actions … some of us now work from home, others are working in shifts.
But here, in our Onlineshop you can continue to send us your orders 24x7 - our warehouse is well-stocked with our seeds. Most articles are directly available. The delivery time is about 5-15 working days. If there is a slight delay or we do not respond to you right away, please bear with us.
We do everything to get our seeds to you in time.
