An Advent calendar filled with seeds brings joy not only in the run-up to Christmas, but also long afterwards, when the seeds are sown and the plants grow and flourish. Our calendars consist of 24 cardboard cubes that can be rearranged to create different designs.
Every day, a new surprise awaits inside the cubes: organic seeds for fresh salads, tasty vegetables, aromatic herbs and magnificent flowers that will enrich any garden – all exclusively open-pollinated varieties of Demeter quality.
The cover painting of this beautiful calendar, ‘Sunday Roast’ by Gary Bunt, shows Bert, a recurring character in the English artist’s work, and his dog harvesting in their snow-covered vegetable garden. The title of the painting hints at what comes next: in the warm kitchen, the freshly harvested vegetables are turned into a delicious Sunday dinner. In this way, the calendar brings a touch of winter cosiness into your home.
A seed Advent calendar makes the perfect gift for anyone who loves gardening.
All texts on the packaging of the Advent calender and on the seed packets are in German.
Dimensions: approx. 32,5 x 24,5 x 4,5 cm
