White cabbage Dotttenfelder Dauer is a vigorous, short stemmed variety with regular shaped surrounding leaves. Firm, round to oval shaped head, short inner stem, stores well until January. Dottenfelder Dauer is good to eat and has a well round healthy flavour. Ideal for eating raw too. Average weight 1.5 kg.

At the Walsegarten farm, Sebastian Vornhecke propagates seeds based on biodynamic principles. The farm is located in Dietzenrode, at the western edge of Thuringia near the Werratal, approximately 30 km south of Göttingen. The surrounding landscape is shaped by the forested ridges of the Hainich.
Warmonderhof B.V. is a biodynamic farm, accompanied by an arable and dairy farm. The garden is also used to train students at the biodynamic agricultural school, which is located on the same site.
