The variety Schleswiger Schnee is a smooth-skinned, fairly white, beautifully formed parsnip. The crown is only slightly indented. Because it is not too wide at the top and it has particularly firm flesh, the Schleswiger Schnee can withstand the mechanical washing process (only rarely there are bruises) and stores well.

Our partner farm Rose Saatzucht is located in the north of Erfurt. There, Annegret Rose has been passionately growing and propagating her impressively beautiful peonies for many years. Before a root can be lifted for sale, the perennial grows in her fields for around 6-7 years. Since 1993, the traditional farm has been cultivating a wide variety of over 200 different types of vegetables, herbs and flowers under Demeter guidelines for seed production.
