Parsnip White Gem has slim, long, white roots with a good yield and little tendency to bolt. Foliage is somewhat stronger than the Halblange Weiße. Expected to be available for order in pelleted form (primed) from mid-February.

Since 1978, the Woedtke GbR has been cultivating its diverse crops biodynamically. It is located in Murr, along the Middle Neckar, with a typical favourable climate for fruit and wine growing.
Peter Kiefer propagates seeds on a biodynamic basis in Rot an der Rot. South of Upper Swabia, on the edge of the Allgäu region between Rot and Illertal.
