Developed from Pasha, Rubinette is a compact leaf salad with an oak leaf form. Open, but filled heads; red, crisp leaves with good flavour and keeping quality. For growing throughout the season in open ground and in a cold polytunnel early in the year. Also available in pelleted form (primed).
