Roots and tubers

Unfortunately, it’s now too late in the season to sow root and tuber vegetables such as carrots, parsnips, beetroot, black salsify, fennel, celery, or radish. These crops have a relatively long development period. If sown too late, the remaining growing season before winter is usually not sufficient – the plants will remain small and will not be able to develop fully.

But don't worry: you can of course order the right seeds for sowing root and tuber vegetables next spring from us now.
