To cancel your order, please use the cancelation form we provide in the order confirmation you receive via email.

Please note that subsequent changes of your order are not possible (due to our internal processes).

Prepayment methods such as Paypal are only offered to you as an option if all your items can be delivered and dispatched immediately. In any other case and as a general option you can pay via invoice. The payment shall be made net cash to one of our bank accounts mentioned on the invoice. You will receive your invoice together with the seed delivery. In case the delivery address differs we will send the invoice to your billing address.

Our shipping costs are a combination of costs for order processing, administration, packaging and shipping. Many companies compensate for these costs by stating a minimum order quantity. We refrain from that. You can find a detailed list of our shipping costs here.

As soon as your ordered seeds leave our house, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email. If we have sent your seed delivery as a parcel, you will also find the link to the shipment tracking in that email.

Please find further details regarding delivery times in the respective item description, where coloured dots can be found next to each article. Green: On stock, generally 5-7 days (seasonal changes are possible); Yellow: as a rule 7-10 days, for pre-order items please find delivery time in the description; Red: Currently not available.
