As a result of inventory work, delivery times for the next few days will be extended as indicated for the respective items.

Payment

1. How do we ensure your personal and order related data is secure?

Your details are transferred and stored using a secure server to ensure your data is safe.  For security reasons we recommend that you do not give your password to anyone else.

2. Which currencies are accepted?

All payments must be made in Euros.

3. What payment methods are permitted?

We offer the following payment methods:

Invoice

Payment is due in full immediately of receipt of invoice. You will receive your invoice together with the delivery. Where the delivery address differs, the invoice will be sent to the payment address. 

For new customers we reserve the right to demand prepayment if the order exceeds 200 € in value.

In case of certain situations (for example notice of insolvency, delayed payment in the past) we reserve the right to demand prepayment from inventory customers.

Credit/debit cards

The processing of card payments is managed securely and professionally on our behalf by the payment service provider Concardis.  You are transferred to the Concardis site to enter your credit and debit card details.  We therefore hold none of your credit and debit card data on our site. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Credit card payments are only possible if all items are available at the point of order. Payment will be taken from your credit card immediately. If however an item becomes unavailable in the period between taking the order and delivering it, a refund will be made to your credit card account within 14 days.

 

PayPal

When paying via PayPal you are directed to the PayPal site. You log in and confirm the payment procedure. Payment is taken from your PayPal account immediately. You can only use PayPal if all items are available when the order is placed.  If however an item becomes unavailable in the period between taking the order and delivering it, a refund will be made to your account within 14 days.
