The white cabbage variety Filderkraut is a firm, mid to late cutting cabbage. Large, pointed heads ca. 5-8 kg. Very rich in sugars. Our strain is exeptionally tasty and especially for sauerkraut production. Matures in 95 days. Also recommended for consuming raw.
