Zuckerhut
Chicory sugar loaf Zuckerhut forms long shaped and pointed heads. A winter salad with a more delicate taste than endive. Can withstand light frosts. Firm heads can be stored until ca. January. The leaves have spicy-nutty, slightly bitter flavour.
