The variety Wilde Rauke (Wild Rocket) is a finely divided, rosette-forming and slower-growing wild type of cultivated rocket (arugula). It can be harvested multiple times and keeps significantly longer than regular salad rocket. Wilde Rauke can be cultivated like lamb’s lettuce (corn salad) in an unheated polytunnel and is similarly frost-tolerant. It has a strong, aromatic flavour. Please note that multipellets of this variety are no longer part of our range.
