Butternut Waltham is a trailing kitchen squash with a remarkable pear shape. The fawn coloured fruits are very practical for the kitchen because the orange coloured flesh is free of seeds throughout its 30 cm length; There is a small seed cavity at the end of the fruit. Stores very well, fine nutty taste. Weight 1.5-2 kg. Late maturing.
