Lemon basil combines the spicy intensity of traditional basil with a fine, fruity-fresh lemon aroma. Its small, delicate leaves add flavour to Mediterranean summer dishes, desserts, and - when dried - aromatic herbal teas. Germinates in light and has a strong preference for warmth.
