Sampo is a thick-fleshed fennel variety for autumn production with beautiful, ball-shaped, very heavy bulbs and strong leaf stems. Very slow growing variety but with a good yield and fine appearance. Plant at the beginning of August for harvesting in late autumn. Well suited for keeping in storage. Has a particularly flavoursome taste. The thick-fleshed fennel Sampo is exclusively suitable for autumn cultivation. It produces beautiful, ball-shaped, very heavy bulbs.Very slow growing variety but with a good yield and fine appearance. It has upright foliage and few side shoots. Well suited for keeping in storage. Has a particularly aromatic fennel flavor.
