Laura is a long-oval potato variety. It stands out with its red, smooth skin and deep yellow flesh, as well as its fruity and flavoursome taste. Thanks to its high yield under all growing conditions, the generous size of its tubers, and their good visibility at harvest, it is particularly recommended for home gardens. Due to its relatively high tuber set, Laura should be planted with slightly more spacing than other varieties. It is mainly waxy and is ideal for preparing mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, boiled potatoes, and chips, delighting all potato enthusiasts with its excellent flavour.
